Cueball (frame 16)

Cueball is the most frequently appearing character of the webcomic xkcd.
He helped build the Sandcastle.
- In frame 16, he revealed the existence of water by dipping his foot (pictured)
- he mainly built it in the cueball period
Seems to be a slower builder than Megan, although with the consistency of the frame rate still unsure, we can not say for certain. He also knocked over a good portion of the tower in pic 103, and rebuilt the damaged section in 107–122.
His name might also be Rob based on other usage within the Other Comics of xkcd, though many have argued since before the beginning of Time whether or not Rob and Cueball are the same xkcd character.
